Tora Berger’s season in many ways mirrored Fourcade’s year, recording 11 wins and 19 podium appearances. She also carried the Yellow Bib from start to finish, winning the Total Score for the first time in her career.

Winning the Crystal...Martin and Tora Part 1

Martin Fourcade and Tora Berger made history during the just-completed E.ON IBU World Cup Biathlon season. When the final numbers were compiled and the crystal globes awarded, the results were stunning. Fourcade and Berger won everything: the Total Score, sprint, pursuit, individual and mass start globes...all five! These two athletes dominated the season; it was all Martin and Tora.

Medals, Fishing and a Few Laughs with Tim and Andrea

Janez Marič: Biathlon, Family, and the Bohinj video

35-year-old Slovenian biathlete Janez Marič has represented his country three times in the Olympic Winter Games. Living close to Pokljuka, near Lake Bohinj in the shadow of Mount Triglav has much to do with his success. "It is the perfect place to train with mountains to climb, hike and run; the lake for kayaking and Pokljuka for biathlon training."

Slovenia’s Vasja Rupnik Retires

Ten-Day Camps for French Team

Only Weather Changes the Program for Slovenians

“We knew the bad weather was coming on Thursday, so we did our scheduled hard training session Wednesday and worked indoors in the weight room Thursday.” That comment from Slovenian Coach Uros Velepec reflects just about the biggest change that the Slovenian team has had this summer.
